Found this in Brisbane's CBD. For some reason it kinda irked me. Dunno why, I'm a kiwi. It's interesting that the painter couldn't display the word 'racists'. Dunno why's that either.

PicSay Pro

I got this editor called PicSay Pro (pro being the paid version) that does quite alot for just being on the phone. Below is the edited version, and bottom is the original. The blurring is the program's effort at 'tilt-shifting'. Not a good photo FOR tilt-shifting, but it's just an effect. I will do some tilt-shift photos when I get the right opportunity for appropriate images to do it with but I'll use photoshop to do it. ANYWAY, amazing the difference the program did for the image.
