These red ones are just a filter one my phone camera. The other ones - polar bear, Lamborghini etc - are done in photoshop. Easy peasy. I'll do one this week for ya.
I've done selective colour, but the old fashioned way: cutting out with a mouse and copy/paste. It can be very tedious depending on the outline detail, but the results are often quite pleasing.
I agree with Nat, the pink lookd good against the greyscale.
Deadset love the spikes of coral colours on the B&W.
